Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns of unused, undamaged items with tags within 15 days of delivery for store credit. We do not offer refunds on sale items, gift cards.
Return Process:
You can initiate a return by contacting us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID and reason. Size exchanges are available only for the same product.
Return Methods:
Home Collection: you can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges by writing to customercare@aprici.in or calling/WhatsApping our customer care at +91 9356625152 from Monday to Saturday, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. (IST). We’ll look into the issue and get back to you within 48 working hours. The amount deducted from your final refund amount will be Rs 150 for all orders.
For damaged or incorrect products, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, including images of the issue.
